ZillowVERIFIED Jessalyn was very quick on setting up a full day of appointments and effective on her finds, showing us exactly what we have asked for. Once we found the home we wanted she expedited all paperwork in a prompt matter.This was our first time buying a home and she guided us through every step of the process.My only complain is that we asked for appliances included washer and dryer to be in the contract and shame on us that we overlooked at it and realize a week before closing that it wasnt in the offer we sent. At this point it was late to change the offer we have signed.

My story with her is one of a Cinderella story I had been trying for 26 years to purchase a home. I have been promised tne Palace but received stones. Renting losing money and never accomplishing the goal. Jess personally came to me. I was no where near the ready to go.mode. Had me pull my credit get the things I needed updated and removed. Placed me with a mortage person who would assisted me to get my pre qualification. And we were off and running . We reached out to her with less than 2 months to find a house, close and move and she delivered perfectly. In terms of getting in contact with her, she always answers her phone and if you leave a message or text, she responds within 5 minutes at the most! Her negotiating skills can't be matched and she'll fight for you until you get to where you want to be. ZillowVERIFIED Jessalyn did exactly what one would expect, act on your behalf, and in your best interests so you don't to pretend you know what you are doing. She has been in the real estate business for at least 20 years, and it shows! Jessalyn sat down with my wife and I and we were able to establish what we wanted, what we were looking for, and the area we were looking to buy. We were looking at houses within 2 days. Within 3 weeks we had found our house. I believe that from the time we made our offer on the house to the time we closed, only 23 days had passed.As it turned out there had been some challenges during the offer process with the home owners, and apparently those lasted just a few hours with Jessalyn. She called me before the afternoon was done to make sure that the contract we were going to sign was in our best interests and was not going to surprise us. We got the house cheaper than listed, and closed fast with her steering the process.
