ZillowVERIFIED I truly can't say enough wonderful things about Jesse. Selling my home for the first time was overwhelming, and I had no idea what to expect. From day one, Jesse was there to guide me through every step of the process with patience, kindness, and encouragement. She always took the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and made me feel confident in every decision. What meant the most to me was knowing I could completely trust her. Jesse is honest, caring, and genuinely puts her clients first. She didn't just help me sell my homeaEUR"she gave me peace of mind during one of the biggest decisions of my life. I am so grateful for everything she did, and I wholeheartedly recommend Jesse to anyone looking for a realtor who truly cares. She is an incredible professional and an even more amazing person. Thank you, Jesse, for making this experience so much easier than I ever imagined.

While the process didn't go smoothly due to issues with my bank, Jess took control and held them accountable for their mistakes. Highly recommend Jess for any buyers looking for a new home. ZillowVERIFIED Jess Kayhart was so great to work with in selling my late mother's home. We had some hiccups along the way (to no fault of Jess!), but she was always available to answer questions and she remained confident and worked tirelessly to the end. She went above and beyond to help when needed, she gave sound advice, and was very professional. Do not hesitate to work with Jess!

ZillowVERIFIED Jess was there for us throughout the selling of our duplex. Weekly updates of the progress. It only took 1 week to sell our place. Jess was available for us if we had any questions and if she didn't know the question she made sure to get the answer. I highly recommend Jess for selling or buying property.

ZillowVERIFIED Jess was great to work with. She walked us through the process step by step. We were selling and buying a home at the same time, so we had a lot of questions and she was available any time of the day to answer them. Extremely flexible with our schedules and she didn't mind making a long drive to show us a home we were looking at. On the selling side she was great letting us know what price we should start out at and what to expect throughout the process. I felt that her knowledge was top notch and that she was always truthful and honest with everything.

ZillowVERIFIED Jess was very helpful throughout the process. She negotiated all of the ammendments we asked for, got us about 15% off asking price, and most importantly negotiated a pre-occupency agreement for us so we where able to get moved in before school started for the kids, even though we closed a week later. Very helpful. Answered all questions quickly and was really understanding to us first time home buyers. Would definitely recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Jess did an amazing job and worked hard to be sure we got what was wanted and needed. There was many times throughout our search that questions came up and she answered them promptly and throughly. In my opinion she went over and above what most realtors do for their profession. She is extremely great at what she does and a great professional to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Jess was INCREDIBLE to work with. If I ever buy another property in the area I will use her again. She is so helpful and knowledgeable - more so than any other realtor I have worked with in the past - and really just went above and beyond. My primary residence is in another state, and we worked with her on purchasing a 2nd home in Wisconsin. Jess was able to provide detailed info about the area, expectations for property types and costs, and much more. Jess was flexible with doing video walk throughs, and was able to point out many things during those walk throughs that I would have expected an inspector to find, which really helped to identify properties we wanted to put offers on. She was patient and stuck with us in putting in multiple offers after getting outbid several times. Thanks Jess!

ZillowVERIFIED We have been dreaming of moving "up north" for several years, we were finally able to do so. Jess was recommended to us by a woman at our church. Jess was fantastic!! She answered all our questions, put up with my anxiety, and calmed my nerves. She showed us so many houses with patience and kindness! She continued to support and represent us in thick of negotiations. I couldn't have picked a better realtor. Thank you Jess!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Being not too familiar with the local area, Jess was a great source of knowledge in our search for the perfect short term rental. She was extremely responsive, always professional, and a skilled negotiator. We placed a great deal of trust in her as we purchased the property without having seen it in person, and we did so without reservation.

ZillowVERIFIED Jess is an absolute gem. She help me find my home and then a little over two years later, she help me sell it. Her council to making sure we maximized the value potential of the original purchase and then subsequently it's sale, generated a relationship between us like we were family. She was a professional and a confident in both processes. Without hesitation I trust Jess, no question...you should too.

ZillowVERIFIED Finding and buying a new home can be stressful. Doing it in a completely new community is, at times, overwhelming. Having a competent, professional, caring realtor is critical. That's what we found with Jess Kayhart. Jess went above and beyond her duties to help us through the entire process of finding and purchasing our "dream home". If you're considering buying or selling a home in the Mauston/ Castle Rock Lake area, do yourself a favor and contact Jess. Trust me, you'll be glad you did.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were first time buyers when we first met Jess. We had no clue what to expect and to be honest it made us very nervous. Working with Jess changed all of that, she is so helpful and very knowledgeable. She was always a phone call away to answer any questions we had and she was always very excited and so willing to look at so many different house in so many different town's. The home buying process did take us a few months just because the market is so wild right now. But we did find our perfect home and we know that God placed Jess and this home in our lives at the right time! We are so thankful to have had Jess in our corner during this whole process! We 10/10 will always recommend and continue going to Jess!

ZillowVERIFIED Jess was amazing! She was recommended to me, and I couldn't have been more satisfied. More than patient with me while I searched through houses (it took over 6 months). She took the time out of her evenings and weekends with her family so we could work around my schedule. She even helped me remove a tiny shed to help pass a VA loan.
