About Jess Barron

Jess Barron was born and raised in Newnan, Georgia and is a third generation realtor. He is a graduate of Auburn University with a BSBA in Finance. He also holds a Master's Degree from the University of South Carolina. Jess has been a licensed realtor since age 20. At age 23, he earned his broker's license from Barney Fletcher Real Estate School in Atlanta. Jess stays in touch with the latest real estate news and recent trends through continuing education courses. He is a Certified Military Residential Specialist (CMRS). He is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Georgia Association of Realtors (GAR), Georgia Multiple Listing Service and Newnan-Coweta Board of Realtors (2018 President). Jess is a Life Member of the Newnan-Coweta Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club (Youngest Life Member). Jess attends Southside Church and First Baptist Church of Newnan. In 2015, Jess won the Humanitarian of the Year Award for the Newnan-Coweta Board of Realtors. Jess also won the 2014 Best of Trulia Top Agent Award (Given to the Top 1% of all agents on Trulia). Jess is an avid sports fan and enjoys traveling during his free time. Jess has always been an honest, considerate and diligent person. He applies these traits to his work as a Realtor. Jess has been the absolute epitome of what you want in your realtor and even more. The constant communication, even on weekends and off hours, was so comforting that there was no unknowns for my wife or myself. He continued to keep his clients' best interest in mind during any negotiating while still allowing us to make any final decisions. He dropped everything to help meet contractors when we were unavailable and really made our extremely difficult deal happen with his consistent contact with closing attorneys, agents and lenders. It was very clear that Jess has created wonderful rapport amongst his colleagues and has gained their trust and respect.
