ZillowVERIFIED Jes came highly recommended from a friend and she did not fall short one bit. As soon as my fiancA(C)e and I were referred to her, Jes was immediately able to sit down with us and talk about what we were looking for in a home. We had house visits (new and old) set up for the same week. Jes' communication was great; she was available and responded to calls/texts even when she didn't have to. She was with us every step of the way and provided guidance. Jes had a lot of knowledge and as a result we felt comfortable working with her on purchasing our first home. We really couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Thanks Jes and happy selling.

ZillowVERIFIED I am very glad that I hired Jes Waller as my agent. I had two other agents who just wanted me to give away my home for dirt cheap price (below market value). Jes evaluated my house price which was competitive with the local market. Her response was very impressive, quick and accurate.Jes strategy for open house gave me the edge to expose my property to my buyers and I was able to accept on my house at reasonable price right after the open house.I highly recommend Jes. Thanks

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Jes was great. She is very energetic and has a good knowledge of the area. My fiancee and I always felt like we were important customers to her and I felt as though she always made recommendations for homes that were best for us as she paid attention and was very responsive to what we liked. She even recommended a "for sale by owner" home to us that we would ultimately buy even though we had no obligation to keep her on. We might have saved a few bucks in fees by going it alone but we decided to keep Jes in our corner for her expertise through the home buying process and felt very confident as we made one of the biggest purchases of our lives. I highly recommend Jes to anyone looking for homes in the Columbus area.

ZillowVERIFIED As newcomers to Columbus, Ind., my fiance and I didn't know the area well. Jes was very knowledgeable and took us around town every Saturday for a month to discover new parts of town. She sent us new listings frequently and was flexible on appointment times! Jes made our home buying experience painless in a new town, and we are so incredibly satisfied with our new home!

ZillowVERIFIED Jes guided my wife and myself through every step of our first home purchase. She definitely knows the Columbus, IN market including lots, new construction, neighborhoods, school districts, lenders, insurance agencies, home inspectors, etc. She shared multiple contact information but encouraged us to decide who to work with (lenders, insurance agencies, and home inspectors). She listened to our needs, considered our budget constraints, and was always available via txt, e-mail or mobile phone. She provided valuable advice prior to placing offers but again encouraged us to decide on the amount. We can tell Jes cares about her customers. She was not trying to sell us a house; she was helping us find our first home, a home that fulfilled our needs, a home to grow into for the right price. We are thankful and pleased with the outcome!

ZillowVERIFIED Moving from out of state, my wife and I wanted a rep local to the area we were looking to move in to. I found Jes as a recommended agent for Columbus and gave her a call. She answered on the first call and couldn't have been more helpful and nice. She answered all my questions, and walked us through the whole process. She kept us up to date with listings that met our needs, and never sent us ones that didn't. She gave us her honest input when asked, and made us feel like we had known her for years. After searching and searching we decided to build a home, and she was very helpful in her input of the local builders, areas, etc. and based on her recommendations we moved forward with the building process. To anyone looking to use Jes as an agent, please do not hesitate, she was awesome!
