ZillowVERIFIEDJerry was a good partner in the selling of my mom's house. He helped me to figure out what we should focus on, and it sold relatively quickly. It was a very easy process, and I appreciated his expertise.

ZillowVERIFIED Jerry is knowledgeable about the area and did a great job throughout the entire process. He was very communicative and helped us through each step of the process. We had purchased the home from Jerry 23 years ago and used him to sell it. Overall a great experience.

ZillowVERIFIED A big thanks to Jerry Yutronich and his team. We live out of the area and were entrusted to handle the sale of our relatives home. We were unfamiliar with the market in the Palos Verdes area. Thankfully, we were made aware of Jerry and his team of extremely professional realtors. Jerry brought in all the right trade people to present our home in the best light from painting to cleaning and gardening. Jerry was always available to help and answer all our questions. His positive outlook was infectious. Jerry brought in a buyer the first week our home was on the market. Thank you. Sally and Peggy F.

ZillowVERIFIED There are moments in life that you just get lucky, and I got one when I met Jerry. Jerry and his team went above and beyond all expectations. Never had I met someone that was available at all times of the day and so happy to help with any questions I had. And his bargaining skills...top notch! Jerry worked tirelessly to get me and my wife our dream home. And he made it happen. Just give him your preferences and he will find the houses before they hit market. Its all about getting that edge and he finds the way to get you where you want to be.

ZillowVERIFIED What we like about Jerry is he talked us out of numerous homes. he knows the area like no other. When we found the right home he got the seller to give us a new roof and pay all of our closing costs.

ZillowVERIFIED Jerry & his staff were so kind, they treated us like family . We were trying to sell our home and purchase another one. Things were so uncertain but Jerry always said things would be OK and he was right. Thank you from all of us, you got our business.

ZillowVERIFIED As I was shopping for my new home, I met Jerry at his open house. After asking me specific questions surrounding my needs, he immediately came up with four off market homes for me to view. All four homes were incredible and I offered on one the next day. Jerry focused on potential equity growth for each property, along with how the home would met my familys needs. He successfully negotiated a below market sales price for the home and attended inspections to ensure all was well with the property. He followed up daily with my lender and we closed within 25 days. Jerry is incredibly professional and works tirelessly to make certain that his clients best interests are met. He definitely extended my expectations and my family is very happy in our new home!!

ZillowVERIFIED Jerry and Laura have spent the last year tirelessly and patiently showing us every house under the sun, even ones we knew we'd never buy. When we bought our house off-market, it was imperative for us to have them represent us in the deal. There were some complexities to the deal that would have felt intimidating to go through alone, and having their knowledge and experience was crucial. So happy they were there for us! Cannot recommend highly enough.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I recently purchased a house in PV. We were very fortunate to have Jared Yutronich represent us. He is very knowledgeable of PV real estate, and was a pleasure to work with. He worked to our schedule, and make the whole process much easier for us. We could not have asked for more... Than you Jared! Rosa K.

ZillowVERIFIED My brother and I needed to sell our dad's house after his passing, and he suggested Jerry and Laura. I'm glad that he did! Since I live locally, I dealt with Jerry on the sale. Jerry was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He listened to our concerns and provided options through his experience. I would not hesitate to engage him again or recommend him to anyone. Greg

ZillowVERIFIED Jerry & Laura are the best realtor team in the South Bay...hands down. This was our third time selling and buying, so we have a baseline to compare to. We felt like their only clients throughout the entire process and Jerry oversaw selling our current home and purchase of a new home, even while we took a family vacation. Laura even took the time to meet with us in our potential new neighborhood to let us know about the unique details and history. My husband, Steve, and I couldn't be more pleased and impressed with their services.

ZillowVERIFIED We have 3 Real Estate Agents vying to be our listing agent for the house in Rancho Palos Verdes. We chose Jerry Yutronich. He was very Professional, Knowledgable, Enthusiastic , Honest and a Realist. We sold our house in 1 week after choosing the right buyer. We even sold our house in my rough estimate 20 % more of our asking price. He help us every step of the way. Thats not even the best part. The best part is he is always there. He calls you back for answers to your questions. He calls you back on a very reasonable time. He even called back while he was on vacation. He was our life line all the time. If you want to have a "911" Real Estate Agent. Go with Jerry. He has a wonderful and able team.

ZillowVERIFIED We just recently worked with to Jerry to sell our house and to buy our new house. Jerry is so professional and knowledgeable. He will not disappoint. Honest, trustworthy, and intelligent are just a few words that come to mind when I think of him. He is an extremely hard worker. He sells multi-million houses to modest houses, and treats everyone with dignity and respect! We will certainly use him again if we ever decide to move again!-- Losa
