He was always readily available for showings and gave honest, knowledge guidance throughout the entire home buying process. When I look back on that time, I dont remember any stress or confusion as Jerry handled everything and explained the process completely. He helped us purchase the perfect starter home for my husband and I.Fast forward to 2019, I began to realize our current home was becoming to small for our now growing family. I told Jerry we were looking to sell our home and wanted to get our home ready for that. He had a designer come to our home and thoroughly detail which aspects we needed to update in order to receive a top dollar sell. Over the next year, we updated every single item the designer mentioned. We found the home of our dreams in May 2020 and Jerry assisted us in created an offer that was immediately accepted. Once we secured our dream home, we listed our current home. 3 days, 50 showings, 10 offers, and we accepted an offer 20 grand above asking price.On top of Jerry being a wonderful, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring about your best interest, he truly gets results. The very first meeting my husband and I were already noticing the professionalism. Our appointment was scheduled at 9a....they were walking up to the door at 8:59a. Jerry and his teammate Melissa walked that whole house with us and explained everything. They were prepared for any and all questions and even brought supporting documents and visual aids to show. Throughout the whole experience I have never had to wonder about any aspect of the process. I literally had this team by my side for the entire ride. For about the first week I teared up every time I went to text them because you couldnt even imagine how hard it is to sell your home. The Packer Group also knew that and held my hand through it all. I have joked with them saying that this group should be the only real estate group in the world but I do indeed feel that way.
