ZillowVERIFIED Jerry sold my home at first showing. We didn't even get to book a photographer to show it online. It did help that my home was in pristine condition. He recommended an attorney and this is where the experience went south. Due to a lack of negotiating skills I lost out on my washer machine which wasn't supposed to be included in the sale. It became a major pain to return it while money was held in escrow. Somewhere somehow communication was lost. Bottom line Jerry sold my home super fast at asking price, but for recommendations do your due diligence.

When the buyer had trouble with financing during covid he pulled out all stops, using his many professional contacts to resolve the issues! He marketed the apartment across many avenues and kept us updated of all issues that arose (and there were many dealing with a co-op) and solved each one!
