ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Jerry! We are first time home buyers and he helped us find our dream home even in a crazy market. We moved from out of state and Jerry was very helpful with understanding the area and even did walk throughs via Zoom before we were moved.We used a VA loan and Jerry was very knowledgeable about VA requirements and what we should expect from the inspection and appraisal process for a VA loan. Being first time buyers we greatly appreciated Jerry's honest feedback and advice about the homes we looked at. He didn't offer unwanted advice but was honest and had our best interest in mind when we asked for his thoughts on the homes. This ultimately led to us buying a home that was better than we could have expected. Jerry was also great at communicating with us through the entire process and was always available and responded quickly to our questions or requests to schedule showings. I say this because he didn't come off a a desperate salesman like other realtors I have dealt with. He was so patient and he let me take my time on choosing the home that was right for me (which took me almost 3 years). He never tried talking me into buying a house that I wasn't satisfied with, and as a buyer that really meant a lot to me. Realtors can be pushy and sometimes make you feel as though if you don't make a offer of the first few houses that they show you, that you are wasting their time. Jerry was referred to my by my sister, he was her realtor when she brought her home at 4425 bristolwood in burton 3 years ago. I went with her when she viewed some of the homes and that is when I got to see Mr. Rule at work. This guy is so knowledgeable it is so cool to have a realtor who actually knows things about appliances and the conditions of homes when trying to buy a house. Its like I had a inspector and realtor all in one. I would definitely recommend Jerry to my family and friends because he is just an all around nice guy!

Jerry really impressed us with his knowledge of the buying process as this was our first time and answered any questions we had, even if it was the tenth time we asked the same one! What I liked the most about Jerry is that he took the time to find out exactly what we were looking for, what we could afford, and was not afraid to let us know if he thought we were settling for less than we wanted or taking on more than we could handle. Thanks to him we ended up in a great neighborhood for the kids and have a very nice home that we love!
