ZillowVERIFIEDI recently try to buy a House from him. Terrible experience. Lack of communication and after more than one week asking for a response, he marked the house pending and didn't even took the time to say what most of good realtors do, say we sorry, but we didn't accept your offer at this time.
ZillowVERIFIEDJerry was the ultimate professional when buying and selling this duplex. He knew the market and handled negotiations perfectly. His follow through with questions related to property management or repair vendors or anything else for an out of state buyer/owner was always spot on. He was always available and was responsive to my concerns and requests.
ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I met Jerry Robinson at a home we requested to see some time around may 2021, and even though our offer didnt hold up on that property we really liked his personality and how he worked so we continued working with him for several months. During the tough time we were having as home buyers, first time especially, we're really thankful we had him backing us cause he was very friendly and knowledgeable in a lot of questions we had that weren't really to do with his job, but he seemed very happy answering which I'm thankful for cause we really didn't understand a lot of things to do with owning a home and if things needed fixing and whatnot. He also gave us great input on how we can get our offer accepted which really helped us. We eventually did close on our first home July 30th 2021 thanks to Jerry's helpHe's very knowledgeable in a lot of different fields, and always responded very quickly any day of the week to question or concerns I had and explained things very thoroughly. And what we liked the most about him is that, yes its his job, but he seemed to care more about us being happy with the home, no matter how many we had to look at, than just getting commission. And I think that's such an awesome thing that you can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does.It we ever were to buy another home or sell one we'd definitely have jerry robinson as our realtor again, and I'd 1000% recommend him to anyone buying their home.
ZillowVERIFIEDI had a wonderful experience working with Jerry. He was very knowledgeable and professional. During the shutdown I needed to find a new location for my business. Jerry listened to what my needs and wants were for a new space and found the perfect place for me.
ZillowVERIFIEDJerry was great to work with while navigating the process of buying investment property in Southwest Florida. He was proactive in helping me find property and providing referrals for support where needed. Despite having a difficult seller/Title company, Jerry made the deal feel as seamless as possible.

ZillowVERIFIEDAgent Robinson is one of the most knowledgeable Real Estate professionals I have had the pleasure of working with. Not only did he go out of his way to help us after an unexpected loss he was more than understanding and knew exactly what I needed. I recommend him to everyone and anyone that I encounter in regards to Real Estate and will continue to value his guidance and expertise for all of my Real Estate needs now and in the future.

ZillowVERIFIEDJerry has been handling all of our property management functions on our house. He is a good communicator on issues that need to be brought to our attention. I would recommend him if you are looking for a property manager.
ZillowVERIFIEDI worked with Jerry for approximately 2 months on finding a home for my family in the Cape Coral area. Jerry was always attentive to our needs and diligent in his efforts. He is very knowledgable about the housing market and willing to offer other information (taxes; assessments etc.) to give his client a better advantage with going into the market. I would recommend Jerry to family and friends in the future. Thank You Jerry for all of your efforts!!!
