Lack of communication and after more than one week asking for a response, he marked the house pending and didn't even took the time to say what most of good realtors do, say we sorry,but we didn't accept your offer at this time.

ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I met Jerry Robinson at a home we requested to see some time around may 2021, and even though our offer didnt hold up on that property we really liked his personality and how he worked so we continued working with him for several months. During the tough time we were having as home buyers, first time especially, we're really thankful we had him backing us cause he was very friendly and knowledgeable in a lot of questions we had that weren't really to do with his job, but he seemed very happy answering which I'm thankful for cause we really didn't understand a lot of things to do with owning a home and if things needed fixing and whatnot. He also gave us great input on how we can get our offer accepted which really helped us. We eventually did close on our first home July 30th 2021 thanks to Jerry's helpHe's very knowledgeable in a lot of different fields, and always responded very quickly any day of the week to question or concerns I had and explained things very thoroughly. And what we liked the most about him is that, yes its his job, but he seemed to care more about us being happy with the home, no matter how many we had to look at, than just getting commission. And I think that's such an awesome thing that you can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does.It we ever were to buy another home or sell one we'd definitely have jerry robinson as our realtor again, and I'd 1000% recommend him to anyone buying their home.
