ZillowVERIFIED We have sold several homes over the years and dealt with many realtors. Jerry is by far best we have dealt with. He really knows his business, is honest and upfront. Sold our home very quickly and for full asking price. Very personable. A pleasure to deal with. If you want your home sold quickly, dont look any further than Jerry Pilgram. You wont find a better realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Jerry went above and beyond in every aspect throughout this entire process. He represented me as both the selling agent of my old house and buying agent on the new property. Jerry was in constant contact with the loan officers, appraisers, insurance and title companies, and every other entity involved. He went the extra mile to ensure a smooth transaction as the property we purchased was very large with multiple parcels. I will be using him again and recommending him to all friends and family. Highly intelligent with all aspects of realty and financing and super professional service. Thanks a million!! Couldnt have gotten to this point without the Pilgrim team magic!!

ZillowVERIFIED We found Jerry to be an extremely knowledgeable realtor who is very easy to work with. Before we signed a contract with Jerry, he met with us and discussed information that we had not even thought about. He gave us a packet showing his research of the surrounding area/properties that he used to determine the asking price for our home. The packet even contained a sample form showing his recommended asking price, minus all the fees, commission, taxes, etc. and the net proceeds from sale so we at least had an idea of what we would possibly end up with. When we decided to sign a sales contract with Jerry, he also discussed his plan for next steps if no one showed interest within a week of putting on the market. We never had to go to aEURoenext stepaEUR? plan because within one day we had a showing and an offer. Jerrys advice was extremely helpful working through counter offers over settlement date and closing costs. Jerry was available and responded promptly to any questions we had throughout the marketing, sale, and settlement process. Thanks to Jerrys expertise, our home sold much quicker than we expected and for more than original asking price.

ZillowVERIFIED We had a rather unique property, a large home, somewhat dated, on a gravel dead end road. Jerry helped all along the journey advising us about the market, price adjustments and timing. He helped me identify the prep work that was worthwhile while saving me a lot of time. Jerry was friendly and courteous and professional at all times. His wife Cindy works at the office and was amazingly helpful to us. She kept us on track, making sure everything got done. Jerry and Cindy both kept us grounded and reassured. It was in everyday a pleasant experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Jerry and His company went the extra mile in every aspect of the unplanned listing of my property, I had a short notice professional relocation and had to react very quickly. Jerry and his team clued us in on the current needs for the market and advice on showing the property. This has been a very stressful time for my family, one thing I never worried about was the property we had in PA, Jerry got full price and is a true professional. You cant do any better.

ZillowVERIFIED Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in any possible transaction! After several months of working with the pilgrim team and being unsuccessful to close on a property I decided to use a new agent and purchased a property almost immediately to only be sued by the pilgrim team for almost $8000 all because I didnt purchase it through them (which they never showed me the property i bought).Full disclosure I did sign an agreement that I was going to deal with the Pilgrim team for a year, however I dont believe this form was explained to me when it was given other than sign here. Its hard to remember with all the papers that get signed. I do however except the responsibility that I signed this document. Just Want any future buyers or sellers to be aware of what youre signing with this team , because i had to pay

ZillowVERIFIED Jerry and his team were absolutely wonderful. We were apprehensive and uncertain with selling our house but Jerry took the time and interest in discussing the features of our home that set it apart from the neighborhood comps. He didnt rush to throw out a value, instead analyzing what he had seen. The pictures he took showcased our home. He was spot on with what our asking price should be again working with our expectations. He kept us informed every step of the process. We recommend Jerry to anyone looking for a knowledgeable realtor with your interest at heart.

ZillowVERIFIED Originally bought the home from Jerry and even though he wasn't representing me, he worked hard to make sure I was happy with the house. Choosing Jerry to sell the house was an easy decision. He guided me as to what needed to be done to get the house in 'show quality' and listed it on multiple sites. He made sure we had at least a days notice when the house was to be showed. He was able to negotiate a good price quickly. I would highly recommend him.... you won't be sorry.

ZillowVERIFIED As first time home buyers, my wife and I were looking for a realtor that was experienced and trustworthy and would work with us to make well informed decisions. Jerry was all that and more- exceeding our expectations and making us feel immediately comfortable upon our initial consultation. He was consistently honest with his opinions and worked hard to not only find , but visit, many properties that fit within our desires and budget. He has a good knowledge of home construction and was a thoughtful, seasoned negotiator. We eventually decided to delay a home purchase, but my wife and I would highly recommend Jerry Pilgrim and Professional Realty!

ZillowVERIFIED Jerry was able to sell our home in less than 6 months when 2 other agents from a bigger agency weren't able to do so in over 1.5 years of the house being on the market without even one offer. He put us in touch with a handyman that made improvements to our home that ended up landing us a much better selling price. He is a powerhouse of real estate knowledge/experience and marketing and he knows the York County area very well. You need to be represented in today's housing market and we felt extremely confident with him on our side. There are many pitfalls out there if you do not have someone to guide you. We were so happy with him that we also bought a house with his assistance as well. He put us in contact with a mortgage broker who was absolutely phenomenal! His wife works in the office and she was always on top of everything and kept us in the loop. We loved having the personal touch that their smaller agency provided. We will definitely be contacting them again if we ever decide to sell/buy a home again. Thank you Jerry!!! We love our new home.

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted the Dave Ramsey organization (who only refer the best) to recommend a Realtor in the York area and they sent me the names of 3 Realtors. All 3 called me within 24 hours. I interviewed the first one and felt that she wouldn't work in my best interest, making comments like "most people are looking for a 2 car garage and a 2nd bathroom"--which we did not have. The 3rd one just spoke to me on the phone, but when I interviewed Jerry Pilgrim, I knew within a few minutes that he was the one for us.He had raised his family in the York area and had been in this business for over 30 years. He was relaxed and took his time during every meeting, making sure he answered all our questions and concerns. His credentials and experience were impeccable and extensive.Jerry was able to advice us of options that we were not aware of, given the fact that we had a unique situation, and in spite of the status of the housing market was able to save us a lot of money in the sale of our home.I would have no reservations in recommending him to anyone in the future.
