He was friendly and did not try to talk me out of trying to sell my house FSBO. He stayed in contact but was never pushy. After a few months I decided to let Jerry try and sell the house. He was able to quickly sell the house for a fair price. He guided us through the process and took care of everything. I was apprehensive about using a realtor but after seeing how much work Jerry did and having him take car of everything I realize now that it is more than worth the money.
