ZillowVERIFIED We didn't get to close on a house with Mr. Mathis but while working with him we experienced his wonderful personality and professionalism. Jerry is willing and happy to respond to questions/texts and calls at all hours. He does his best to find a home to suit you and will video properties for you if you don't have time yourself to visit them in person. Even though we didn't get to close with Mr. Mathis because a family member offered to sell us their house and we are now working directly with them, Mr. Mathis was still generous enough to help with paperwork and answer our questions. We love Jerry! He's one of a kind ??

He has been great help with squaring everything away with local knowledge, good knowledge of the process and what is needed, will often respond even in off hours and trust to support your negations in the process.I feel that no having a buying agent is technically doable, but his service was paramount in making the process both times less stressful on my side. Would recommend as potential real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Mathis used his Facebook, Zillow and other means to promote the selling of our house. He worked well with other realtors, which showed he was more focused on having the house sold quickly, than focusing on him receiving more money; something other realtors wouldnt do the same. He would answer calls or text at about any time, including late evenings and weekends. Also professional and go the extra effort to make the seller and interested buyers feel important. I was impressed that he was able to get people to view the house during the winter, while I had a resident there, and still sold the house under a year on the market despite the corona-19. He still contacts me more than my own family and friends in regards to my personal and military combat issues. He performed more as a professional friend than just as a realtor; something we all can be in need of. If I look for a house in Kentucky again, he will be the first to contact!!

ZillowVERIFIED You wont regret using Jerry! Firstly, he has a heart of gold. He made sure we were completely happy during the entire process. If we had a concern, he dealt with it immediately, going to infinity and beyond of what he was required to do. Secondly, he knows his stuff. Highly knowledgeable and ready to hold my hand and walk me through it so I could understand. I really appreciated that because I count pills for a living, I know squat about real estate. Thirdly, even after we signed, thats usually when you go your separate ways, no, he still contacts me to see if everything is still ok. He truly cares.
