ZillowVERIFIEDFrom Day 1 to close, working with Jerry was a great experience. He supported us through a selling and buying situation, and not only was he incredibly detailed, he had a network of people that he was able to recommend to help us with tasks outside of just the home search process. He was kind, helpful and encouraging, and made this process easy. I would use Jerry again and recommend him to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Even in this busy market Jerry and Kenny were always able to coordinate showing immediately. I would not have gotten the home I did if it wasn?t for them. I would recommend them to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Jerry and Kenny were wonderful to work with! They were prompt in their responses and honest and realistic with listing my home. They made the selling/buying process a breeze, and I felt supported the entire time. They were both ?on my team? and were extremely knowledgeable in the current housing market.

ZillowVERIFIED Jerry assisted me with selling my first home and buying my current one. He knows the process and industry well! I never felt one ounce of stress when working with him. He is very flexible, knowledgeable and never pushy. I would recommend Jerry to anyone. For example, so I wouldnt have to put my first home on the market with renters currently living there, he and his partner/brother Kenny, found an interested investor that was willing to buy the property at the price I was looking for. They also negotiated with my renters to stay another year with the investor as the new landlord - which was a big part of the sale.

ZillowVERIFIED Jerry was more than impressive! His dedication to helping us find our new home was truly inspiring. In an era where customer service and pride in ones work seem to be out of fashion, it was great to have someone that took the time to understand our wants and needs and then to go above and beyond to get the job done. Our home search area was out of his normal territory but he did his homework - educating both himself and us - as well as making somewhat long drives to see multiple properties and he was never even late! On top of it all, Jerry was always extremely courteous and professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Jerry helped us sell our first home and was nothing but professional and friendly. Once we signed the paperwork he had a photographer out right away and our home was listed online in days. His expertise was invaluable while navigating multiple offers and he was very responsive whenever we had questions about the process or were looking for advice.

ZillowVERIFIED Jerry is very knowledgeable in real estate and has great customer rapport. He listed my home with great pictures and noted features that helped my home sell in less than 24 hours. Jerry also is great at finding homes with my criteria and making himself available to meet my schedule in looking at those homes. He is very attentive to all the details from writing the PA on my new home all the way through to closing.
