Excellent Realtor! Zack is a wonderful realtor. He listened intently to mine and my husband's desire for a house. He was never pushy but always attentive showing us many listings in the area. When we found the house we wanted to purchase he walked us through the process answering all our questions. After the purchase he is still answering my questions about the surrounding area and things we want for the house. I would highly recommend Zack for any of your realtor needs.

Jerry did a wonderful job of marketing and selling my condo. Due to the pandemic and an easily stressed pet, minimizing showings was important to me. Jerry hosted one open house (with one repeat showing) and we received multiple offers only two days later. Additionally, he was very communicative and responsive to all of my questions. Can I negotiate the commission rate?

You absolutely can. I would ask what difference in value they would bring at the two different rates(marketing costs/strategies, professional photo options etc)

Does the value of my home affect the commission that I pay?

They are always negotiable but there is no set amount based on the list or sale price.
