ZillowVERIFIEDJerry helped us out exponentially to get our condo set up and ready for the short-term rental business that we purchased the property for. Kay was instrumental with advising us on how to get all the required paperwork done for the city, county and state. She also forwarded an Excel spreadsheet for keeping track of everything. Jerry went out of his way to assist with getting the Fire Department inspection passed with flying colors. My wife and I can't thank the both of them for providing above and beyond service. We will surly call on them again for our next purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED Jerry did an excellent job assisting me with a purchase of a short-term rental property in Hollister. He is very experienced and knows the area like the back of his hand. Jerry has been buying and selling homes in this area for over 20 years and knew exactly how to get the deal done.

ZillowVERIFIED Jerry was great to work with. He met with us and 2 days later he had it ready to go on the market and he had our lot sold within hours of listing. He was personable and responsive during the entire process. Collaborated with the buyer and seller to close at a convenient time to both parties. Very knowledgeable of the area and had contacts for surveyors providing a quick turnaround. We would work with him in the future if the need arises.

ZillowVERIFIED Jerry was very helpful with the process of getting all the documents and different people, (lender, inspection, title, etc) in place especially since we had to do most of it long distance/electronically. And for working with our schedule to view condos we might be interested in. Jerry and Kay were both friendly and made us feel comfortable throughout the process.

ZillowVERIFIED Kay and Jerry were great! We came in with a few houses we liked and a limited time frame to view them. They were on top of it and got everything scheduled within 2 days. They are both very knowledgeable about the area and had great recommendations for everything we asked about. If we ever buy or sell again in the area, well be going back to Kay and Jerry.

ZillowVERIFIED Overall, Jerry did a fabulous job for me. I am a person that asks a lot of questions and with as busy as the market has been I think he struggled a little keeping up with my high demand! Haha! He, however, stayed professional and stuck with me and I'm so happy with my new condo! Thanks Jerry!

ZillowVERIFIED I cant say enough nice things about Jerry Fridley and Right Choice Realtors. The sale of this condo was probably one of the most successful, easiest transactions Ive had to conquer in my life and its all because of the expertise of this man. What impressed me most was his excellent communication. Every question was answered, every concern addressed and every problem solved, including finding a cleaning crew when ours bailed. He went above and beyond and made this sale happen fast! Living in another state was not a problem. The paperwork was overnighted to me and the closing took place without purchasing a plane ticket to Missouri! Five starsaEUR"thank you for your professionalism, you were the right choice!

ZillowVERIFIED We originally called Jerry because of his online profile. We are from out of state, and needed someone with local knowledge to help us out. He fit the bill. From our first conversation, We could tell that Jerry was a good fit for us. When we first met Jerry in person in Branson, he took us to several locations and gave us good local information to help us narrow the search. We decided that we wanted to purchase land and build, rather than buy a home, and Jerry was as knowledgeable about raw land as he was about homes. Our decision took some time to make, but Jerry kept in constant contact with us the whole time. When we narrowed the field to two lots, Jerry negotiated the deal and got us the lot we wanted at the price we wanted. All along the way, he has been helpful with a local perspective on Branson and the surrounding area. We have already recommended him to a friend of ours.
