He was extremely accommodating and arranged to show us the home the very next day without hesitation. We put in an offer on Sunday, along with several other buyers, but thanks to Jerry's expertise and guidance we were able to win over the sellers. Jerry was also able to recommend several inspectors and specialists to review the home that were able to work within our shortened escrow period. There was an extended time between the end of the escrow period and closing at our and the sellers request and Jerry continued to stay in contact. He even communicated with our lender to ensure our closing happened as expected. We couldn't be happier with the entire process! Though it has been six months since my purchase, I still gush on the fact that I struct platinum when he replied to my inquiry on Zillow. I was not a first-time home buyer so I was a little bit leery based on my previous experience. Then one day, he explained us the difference between renting a house and buying a house, thanks to his recommendation and knowledge, We had along thought and decided to buy a home. Jerry helped us to look at old houses since we are not sure about our requirements and budget. My advice would be to look at as many houses until you get a complete understanding of what is your requirement. Your priorities will be completely different when you are about to close a house but you need to introspect whether you have got all your requirements satisfied. It will be a tiring job, but i am sure the happiness you get at the end of it all is awesome. Thankfully we had enough support from Jerry; he was patient enough to show number of houses until we had decided on our priorities. We finally found a builder who can build our new house. Jerry was so helpful in explaining the entire process in advance on things we should expect. Communication between you, builder and your realtor is critical during this period. Jerry encouraged us to ask questions and he was honest with his replies, and most important of it all he will not hesitate to take your call anytime. Finally we moved to our new house at the end of 2015. It took us more than a year to find a home and step in to a new home. ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I met Jerry when we went to look at a house we found on zillow- he showed the house and we were happy that he seemed to understand before we set into the house that it wasn't THE house for us- we had just gotten started on our search and didn't know what we wanted her but the neighborhood wasn't great and I really respected he didn't become pushy. He answered all our questions patiently- we have never bought a house before and sometimes I felt like my questions were silly but he was always happy to answer. He was also always easy to get in touch with- replying to emails or calls quickly (by alternatively didn't take many calls when he was showing us houses). Our search was not without hiccups but he listened closely to what we wanted- so much that we were able to find a house we wanted to put an offer in on in the first day of seeing homes. Unfortunately that house didn't work out but we quickly re-grouped and found another house within only a day of showings. We had a very small window to work within and Jerry helped make it happen that we could move in the time we needed and we LOVE our new home.

ZillowVERIFIED when a property came up that I was very interested in buying, cash deal, he was too busy. also, I told him the property would go quickly and I needed to get a bid in. He insisted on texting. The type of pone I have was not bought for texting (difficult) he knew that and that due to disabilities it was difficult to text. Yet, he would not pick up his phone and kept insisting on texting, by then it was to late to contact the listing agent. Thankfully, someone recommended a very good real estate PROFESSIONAL to me during the night. I texted her so that when she woke up she could get on it. Due to her expertise, my bid was accepted in a large bidding war. With her vast expertise I closed in a week and a half. I don't believe that Jerry ever took me seriously. I was extremely disappointed in him. I had originally gone with him because he had good reviews. I wonder if they were real. At one point when I could not find a home in the area I required, I was considering building a home. All of a sudden Jerry had a builder he works with. The name of his company and the "builder" were no where to be found on google. Also, his "friend and associate", the "builder" talked with me on the phone once and was extremely unprofessional. I am not even sure that this man that Jerry put on the phone really is a builder - quite doubtful. Do not waste your time with Jerry.
