We found one site unseen that he ran over to the same day to do a full video walkthrough tour of for us to put an offer in the same night. He even sent us pictures of the surrounding town as he drove around, so that we could get a feel for our potential new neighborhood. Jerry always answered us quickly and never made us feel like a bother for texting him non-stop :). Hes the best!
