ZillowVERIFIEDDelaney was so easy to work with and friendly. She knew we loved the first house she showed us but still helped us look at 8 other ones so we would be 100% sure of our decision. She answers all the many questions we had as first time home buyers. Thanks to her we were able to get out of our apartment into a home we love when we didnt think it was possible!

ZillowVERIFIED John is an honest and trustworthy realtor. He gives a straight forward answer even at his own expense. You don't see that kind of integrity in most people and was very refreshing to have in someone I needed to trust with a 30 year commitment. He goes out of his way to be a reliable and prepared for getting people into a house they can fall in love with and keeps a utility belt full of connections to make sure he's got like minded good people for when you need someone in other house related situations. I would recommend him 1000%

ZillowVERIFIED As first-time homebuyers with a somewhat complicated situation, we were beyond fortunate to have Jerry as our realtor. From the very beginning, Jerry demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, patience, attention to detail, and genuine care for our needs. He approached every challenge as if it were his own, making sure that we felt supported and informed throughout the entire process. What stood out the most was that at no point did we feel like we were being aEURoesoldaEUR? a houseaEUR"Jerry was focused on helping us find the best home for our family. His guidance made all the difference, and we couldnt be more grateful for his expertise. If youre shopping for a home in Etown or Hardin County, Jerrys your guy.

ZillowVERIFIED If you are in the market to buy your dream home I would highly recommend Jerry Dempsey as your realtor. Jerry was very professional and he made our home buying experience about us and not about him. He gave us honest answer and when he didnt have an immediate answer he get back to us with it. He was very patient and not at all pushy. After showing us a few houses he knew exactly what we were looking for and did his best to match us up with what we were in the market for. He was very prompt with returning our phone calls and text messages. Jerry explain to the us the house buying process from start to finish and everything went according to how it was explained to us. It was a pleasure working with Jerry.

ZillowVERIFIED I will tell you that you will not find anyone more helpful, kind and willing to work to help you buy your dream home. Jerry is a wonderful realtor no doubt about it, but he is also just a wonderful person and will go out of his way to do whatever he needs too to help you. We came from out of town to look at homes here, and I would have to give Jerry a short notice saying, aEURoehey can you show me a few homes tomorrow or the next day, I'm in townaEUR?. But never once did he tell me no I cant, it was always, let me look at my schedule and I will let you know some good times for me. Thats the kind of person Jerry is, always willing to work you in or make time for you. If your looking to purchase a home, do yourself a favor and give Jerry a call. From the first time I spoke to him, u til closing, he alway kept in contact with me and keeping me updated on everything I needed to know. Thanks so much Jerry for your time and all your hard work in making our home purchase so wonderful. The Beals

ZillowVERIFIED Jerry is a godsend! He really took the extra mile in making sure my wife and I were able to close on our house in a timely manner, while assisting with every detail and communique with the Title and Finance company. His invaluable assistance really made the buying proccess easy and clear by educating us on the proccess and assisting with anything possible. He offered his assistance openly and really cared about our experience and closing. He didnt apply pressure in the home selection proccess, which really created a welcoming and stress free experience. He answered all of our calls and really just genuinely cared. A great person and a proud professional, we have 0 (none, zilch, nada) complaints. We lucked out getting Jerry as our realtor. 10/10 I would recommend him to our friends and family (and might even get mad at them if they didnt reach out to Jerry first).
