ZillowVERIFIEDJerrilynn was very helpful finding properties for us to look at that met all of our wants. She answered questions thoroughly and as first time homebuyers-we had a lot! She also made us feel comfortable with the process and she was really easy to communicate with. I would choose Jerrilynn again in a heartbeat!
ZillowVERIFIEDExcellent agent. Responded quickly to phone calls and emails and was always available to answer questions. Very informative as well. She found houses that fit us very nicely and were in our budget. She was easy going and great to work with.
ZillowVERIFIEDJerrilynn Vandenberg helped us buy and sell our home. Her service was outstanding! Jerrilynn took the time to listen and customize a search for us when we were looking to buy. Also being on the selling side, she was always available for questions and concerns. She offered great advice throughout the entire process and helped us understand all aspects of selling a home. If you are looking for an agent with a wealth of knowledge and attentive service then we would recommend Jerilynn Vandenberg.
ZillowVERIFIEDI cannot say enough about Jerrilynn! I have never met such an honest Real Estate Agent until her. If we had a question, she had an answer. If it was a question she did not know the answer to, she found it, and right away. Jerrilynn did not hide things from us in order to make a sale. She always took our needs into account. She knew what we wanted and what we didn't and made sure that the house we got was what we needed. I also loved how when we set a budget she stuck with it. Unlike many others that would go "slightly" above the budget, she only showed us what we could afford. Who wants to look at a house they cannot buy? As soon as a new house came available, she was on it and we went to look at it right away. She made our house buying process so much fun. Love Love Love her!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe found Jerrilynn on Zillow. She responded immediately to all my emails requesting information on homes I had found. She set up 6 showings as requested. We wish she had been more knowledgeable during the showings. We had to see one of the houses with the listing agent there as well as Jerrilynn. He, the listing agent, was much more interactive and knowledgeable during that showing. He answered all our questions and offered a lot of additional information. We ended up going with another agent who is a native of Green Bay, knowledgeable about the houses we wanted to see and just proactive in general. I emailed Jerrilynn to thank her for all her work and to let her know we had decided to go with someone else. It's been 3 days and I have not heard back. I would have expected an email from her at least acknowledging our email.
ZillowVERIFIEDJerrilynn is the best agent we have ever worked with. During the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home she listened to all our wishes. She is very easy to work with. I recommend her to everyone. Jerrilynn definitely worked for US and no one else.
ZillowVERIFIEDVery pleased with her, I had a very easy purchase and close. Will no doubt use her should I ever sell. She made all the processes easy and got back to me immediately with any questions I had.
ZillowVERIFIEDJerrilynn helped us purchase our home in March 2011. It was a foreclosure home, so a few more hoops to jump through compared to a regular purchase. We had to redo the paperwork a few times to secure financing and she went above and beyond to help us get all our ducks in a row to make it happen. She was very kind, knowledgeable, and patient through the entire process. I would highly recommend her to any buyer or seller....she is also displays just the right amount of assertiveness without being pushy. Thanks Jerrilynn!
