Jerod Mayer

Jerod Mayer specializes in the area of residential home sales. Jerod was born and raised in the Santa Clarita Valley and has witnessed a great deal of grown in the community as it expanded and shaped itself over the years. After owning and operating a local retail store in Santa Clarita valley for over 7 years, Jerod turned his focus to becoming a licensed Real Estate Agent. After obtaining his Real Estate License, Jerod supplemented his education by taking numerous real estate-related courses, including: real estate finance, real estate law, appraisal practices, ethics in real estate, real estate principles, and real estate practices. In addition, Jerod took his knowledge a step further by completing and receiving his Certified Distressed Property Expert Designation, becoming HUD Home Certified, and building an investment group with his team to pursue California Trustee Sales. Jerod has a goal to be the most well rounded agent in all areas of his craft, and to nurture and maintain strong relationships with this clientele.

Due to his longstanding residence in the community, Jerod has first-hand experience in the residential markets and he takes great pride in providing the best possible service to his clients. Since obtaining his license he has strived not only to deliver results, but to insure that the process of home-buying/selling is a seamless one in which his clients are completely satisfied and eager to tell their friends about their positive experience. It is extremely important to him to insure that each client have the type of experience that he would like to have, when selling/purchasing a home. This is the basis of Jerod's professional philosophy and a practice that Jerod honed when he was the owner/ operator of his own retail establishment.

Jerod was recruited as a Home Buyer's Specialist by David Rendall in 2007, a Twelve-Year Real Estate Professional and Founding Attorney of Group One Legal PC, a boutique law firm specializing in residential and commercial real estate, and tenant/ landlord related matters. Attorney David Rendall is also the President and Founding Partner of Group One Investments, Inc., a real estate investment and management firm that specializes in the purchase, rehabilitation, management, and sale of distressed foreclosure residential and commercial properties.
