We have used Jerod's services twice. First, in 2014, to assist with selling my fathers home. It was easy to select Jerod over several other agents because I perceived i) his honesty and transparency, ii) the depth of knowledge he had of the market, and iii) his common-sense and straightforward way of communicating. Working with him on the sale, I became even more impressed by his thoroughness in every decision from initial listing price to managing the multiple offers we received. Ultimately I felt very comfortable that we received what I think was an optimal sale price. He had also helped organize the process of getting my father's house in move-in condition. If youve ever worked with people involved in construction trades, you would expect all that work to be difficult to handle and be frustrating. I asked professional colleagues in the area for a referral and Jerod was referred. I contacted Jerod and a few other agents and selected Jerod. Everything from that point went smooth and Jerod exceeded my expectations in every way.Jerod has extensive knowledge of the local market, was always available when I needed to talk to him and most importantly Jerod listened to my needs and responded directly to what was important to me - not what he wanted to respond to but what I needed.Being an out of town seller I had some unique needs and Jerod was able to help me by being at the property more frequently than would be required in a normal sale.
