She was able to list it and sell it for far more than the amount two other realtors had suggested, and when I was unable to find a contractor for a last-minute fix, she set me up with one who got the job done. There were other issues that popped up as well (being an investment house, the city was involved), that she quickly resolved. She kept me informed throughout the process and was readily available when I needed.

We had some issues arise when selling our previous home and she never once god upset when our time frames became screwed up. She answered our calls texts and emails extremely timely. When we had some major issues with our lender she?s was cut throat in making sure we made it to closing! She worked her tail off for us to get the home of our dreams and was a amazing negotiator! She also was extremely knowledgeable of the area and the homes we looked at helping us find an amazing inspector and getting us in an area we love. When the ball got dropped by a third party she put in the leg work went to our home and got the pictures taken that needed to be done so we could get to closing on time. For us there is no other option in a realtor in the Manistee area!

It made the mortgage process difficult. She stayed on top of our new lender to make sure that we closed quickly and effortlessly. We closed with our current lender in 6 weeks!
