We had just started looking for homes and Mandi spent the day with us on walkthroughs (very generously, as we had only originally asked to see the one house!) and she really listened to our wishlist with what she chose to show us. The third house we went to was the winner, which was awesome. As a first time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions during the process and didn't know what I was doing at all. Mandi not only was able to guide us through the process, answering any of my questions thoroughly and promptly, but she also is a stellar negotiator and got our closing costs covered, helped us find a great mortgage consultant, and helped us get any necessary repairs taken care of by the seller prior to closing. Mandi worked really hard to help us close in 15 (!) days from the date of our offer. I had a stellar experience and highly recommend Mandi if you are looking to buy a house!

Review Jess was absolutely amazing in the whole process of buying our first house. He did really well at listening to our wants and finding places for us to take a look at. We had a lot of fun going through everything with him and his company. He really listens to you and any concerns you may have and make it all so much easier. When we found our house a few things needed to be done for us to qualify for the house and he helped us from recommending inspectors he trusts to helping making adjustments to the front porch such as adding in posts to be up to code which he definitely didn't have to do that. He will go out of his way to help you find what you are looking for and go that extra mile !!!

When the house we were contracted with went south Matt quickly found us another agent (Tammy) in KY to world with and a better lender! 19 days contract to close!!
