ZillowVERIFIED I have completed both a home sale and purchase with Jeremy. Several years ago I was experiencing one of life's down moments and was forced to sell my custom luxury home. The original realtor did virtually nothing to help me resolve issues getting the home sold. It was always on me to find a resolution, it became obvious his only interest was in getting his commission. After three months of no progress, I turned to Jeremy. After his initial visit to my home he brought his realtor team for a viewing and two weeks later he brought me an acceptable offer. Shortly thereafter that buyer walked and one week later Jeremy brought me another offer that went all the way to closing. Home sold in six weeks!!!!! One year ago my wife and I were back in a position to become home owners once again. We found the perfect Spec home recently completed by a top homebuilder in the DFW Metroplex. Jeremy negotiated a great price and added in a new major appliance as part of the deal. We love our new home! He also assisted us in getting a nice proration refund from the homebuilder on our property taxes for 2024!
