After working with two other realtors in Austin and finding nothing, Hillary was able to locate exactly what I was trying to find ON THE FIRST DAY. She explained the new commission bargaining rules well and attended the inspection, final walkthrough and closing. Hillary was able to negotiate in a professional manner with the sellers agent in order to get to my asking price plus a few repairs and appliances.
