Q: 1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

1)Save between $20,000 to $40,000 this will cover down payment and closing cost! 2) Work for at least 2 Years! 3) Keep credit above 590 the higher the better! 4) Keep 2 years of tax returns on hand!

Q: 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Hire an agent like myself that is knowledgeable in the business and will get the job done correctly! Wait till you see our marketing strategy that gets sellers on average $30k more for their home!

Q: 3. What types of clients have you worked with?

I’ve worked with all kinds of client young and old. Famous clients such as athletes, artists and and much more.

Q: 4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I recently helped my clients who go by “For Those Who Sin” purchase a home in Joshua Tree so they can escape and get away to work on new projects for their brand. They also will be live on AirBnb once they finish creating the compound it will be called “For Those Who Sin Ranch”. The transaction went amazing we had a few ups and downs in regards to submitting offers but I was able to get them a property that fit their criteria to the tee! They were definitely happy with the transaction as well!

Q: 5. How did you get started in Real Estate?

My father has been in the business for over 21 years. I also saw how he help other sell and purchase real estate growing up and I really wanted to do the same. There is no better feeling than helping others achieve their goals of buying or selling real estate!

Yes I have had training in selling Luxury, Residential Income Property, and purchasing Airbnb’s.

Jeremy Sifuentes was my agent in locating an investment property for me. After specifying my desires in an investment property in a matter of a few days he had three meeting my specific requirements and needs. It wasn't long after that I was making offers. In a matter of a couple of weeks, two offers were accepted. Jeremy guided me every step of the way and always looking out for my best intertest. In the end, after one of the properties came in at a lower appraisal he was able to renegotiate a lower price. An unexpected surprise for me and saving me thousands and leaving me with positive income from the start. All in all we, closed escrow in less 30 days. Don't be fooled by his young appearance and good looks, he is very knowledgeable, polite, easy to speak to and always made me feel he was working for me and not just another paycheck and yes, he very he is easy to work with.
