I felt like we were his only client, which of course we weren't! If I had a question, he always got back to me on the same day. He really did a great job of understanding what we were looking for in a condo. We are downsizing from a fairly large house. A great moment (day) in our work relationship came when we first went up and met him on a Saturday and he proceeded in showing us multiple options which helped us understand the Milwaukee market. She assured me that we could work together even with her not being here as she had a team to work with! Jeremy Rynders came for an interview with me. He came well prepared & was very professional. The second realtor that I interviewed was not as impressive. Needless to say, I went with Lifetime! Condo sold in 10 days. Even though Jackie was out of state during this whole process, I never had any issues communicating with Jackie or her team. Pictures that were taken were beautiful. My cousin said call Jeremy you will not be disappointed and she was absolutely right, we were not disappointed. We placed the call and we met with Jeremy in person. You could immediately tell that he had great experience in realty. He explained in detail the best way to go about selling our house. He provided fantastic advice on everything from timing of the day to take the pictures based on the natural lighting that came through the house, what to list it for, when to list it, etc. The pictures for the listing were not just professional, but also beautiful. Hes team thought of every detail possible, including putting a basket of paper booties for prospective buyers so the floors wouldnt get dirty. The closing was made very easy by the team as well. We would greatly recommend Lifetime Realty group to anyone who wants to sell or buy a house. The team works really well together and accomplishes the job in a timely manner.
