Jeremy and his team were awesome when it came to helping me buy a rental house in my homeland. I hadn't lived in Northeast Ohio for almost 20 years, but wanted to have a place in Ohio City for when I visit my parents, and also to rent out when I'm not visiting. He helped me understand and navigate the market for four months so that when the right property showed up, we were ready to strike.
