ZillowVERIFIED We were quite concerned about the logistics of selling our condominium in Naples, Florida, in that we are residents of New Jersey, and hadnt been to Naples since the outbreak of COVID. As a result, we reached out to several real estate agents and were very pleased with the expertise that Jeremy OGuinn demonstrated regarding the Naples real estate market. From the get-go, Jeremy did an excellent job in marketing our condominium through an aggressive online marketing strategy that included first class photos accompanied by a property video tour, a custom website for our home, and placement on leading real estate and local brokerage websites in the Naples area. The result of these efforts is our condo sold in just three days at above our asking price. While obviously this was very important, what made Jeremy really stand out in our mind was how he went out of his way to assist us in handling the contents of our Naples condo being that we reside over a thousand miles away. Besides prepping the home for the photo shoot, Jeremy made frequent trips to the home to ensure that the condo remained safe, while gathering up those items that we wished to have shipped to New Jersey. In this regard, Jeremy worked with us in identifying the items we wished to have sent to New Jersey, while disposing of those items that we requested. He then single-handedly packed up the items we had requested, and shipped the contents to our home in New Jersey. Needless to say based on the very favorable experience we had with Jeremy, I would heartily recommend he be considered for anyone wishing to buy or sell real estate in the Naples area.

After speaking with and meeting a few realtors, I felt most comfortable working with Jeremy. Prior to even meeting him he reached out periodically to gather information about what I was looking for and would routinely contact me about potential properties. He showed me a few places in the area I was looking and while ultimately I was unable to find something I liked, he followed up regularly with me as new properties hit the market or if anything changed with properties I had previously inquired about. Eventually, Jeremy was able to find exactly what we wanted in the neighborhood we wanted, at a reasonable price. With this being my first time buying a home (and considering I was buying a short sale), I was both excited and stressed throughout the process, and Jeremy was there every step of the way answering questions and ensuring everything went smoothly from offer to closing.
