One of the main benefits of having access to a team of experts supporting the sale of our house is that the Icon Team was able to provide us a prebuilt network to quickly resolve any items that came up from pool care to drywall repair. The team had a competitively priced contact at the ready, which alleviated the stress and anxiety of finding unknown contractors while dealing with planning a move, packing, and dealing with life. Also, I'm a person who likes to coordinate and plan ahead of next step in the process, the Icon Team always said 2 or more steps ahead of the process allowing my family and I to live out our lives while going though a life change like selling your home.
