Jeremy Kramer did an outstanding job with helping my family sell and purchase. We had a very difficult need for sale/purchase as my Mom was selling the home we had lived in for almost 40 years. My Husband and I were looking to buy and my mom was also looking to buy a home near each other. My mom is my support with helping to take care of my daughter while I work and I wanted to live close to my mom as I also help her out with a lot of basic things as well. We had a tall list of needs to make this move work for everyone! Jeremy had reached out to us at just the right time in our struggle to start this process. I knew Jeremy from a previous employer from many years back but hadn't talked to him in awhile. Somehow he just knew to reach out to us or the stars just aligned at the right time! Maybe my Dad from above making the connection for us. This was a very emotional sale for my Mom and I. I cannot express how understanding, patient, knowledgeable and helpful Jeremy was through the entire process. Words cannot express in this review the type of person Jeremy is. He was there from start to finish in the entire process. He was there for everything, from prepping the house for sale, answering any questions we had, being available anytime, going to many different home locations to find the perfect location, offering contacts of resources to help out, even down to the final day at our home we were selling to help us get packed up into the moving truck which was definitely a challenge all on its own! He offered so much of his time and patience with us. He was our cheerleader in this process! Start to finish, he was there! He took the time to listen to what we needed, he was patient with us through all the difficult stuff in the process, he was understanding, he was empathetic, he brought a ton of knowledge and resources. He was kind and caring. He lent us so much of his time. He was available whenever we reached out for anything we needed throughout the entire process. In the end, he found us exactly what we were looking for and we couldn't be happier! Jeremy is an amazing real estate agent and anyone who is lucky enough to work with him, will be forever grateful! My family cannot thank him enough for everything!!!

Jeremy had listed a home that I wanted to see. He met me promptly at the appointed time and let me into the home, answering all questions I had. While the home was not a fit, Jeremy called me in a few days with a suggestion. When I met him there it was perfect! However, I saw another home a few houses down and asked if he could arrange for me to see it. He did! I chose the home he suggested and he walked me through the purchasing process. All along the way,, Jeremy knew who to call or was able to answer my questions.
