ZillowVERIFIED I would not recommend working with Jeremy Harper. Too many mistakes were made while we bought and sold our homes that caused undo stress upon my wife and I. Most notably among them; a clerical error on the part of his staff (that was discovered by our mortgage lender) caused our appraisal to go through late on the house we were buying. His solution was for US to pay an occupancy fee to our buyers to remain in our current home until we could close on the home we were buying. Very early in the process we began to suspect that Jeremy was the type to treat us as a payday and not as a valued client. By the end of the multiple home sale, I had gotten to the point where I didnt want to even speak with him and communicated through another agent on his team. He is an arrogant and impersonal individual. If I could do it all over again I would have worked with someone else.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were looking for a house but our 'must need' were more or less polar opposites. Luckily, we found Shelby Peters through my husband's coworker. She asked us questions about what we wanted and needed and started out with a few houses at first. She listened to our commentary during viewings as we hopped from house to house. She understood exactly what we were looking for and most importantly, what we were definitely not looking for. She sent us recommendations in our email and it was a lot easier to go through these listings rather than combing through numerous offerings on multiple real estate apps.When we did find our house, we were still on the fence as it is a HUGE investment and commitment.
