ZillowVERIFIEDI appreciate the great work Jeremy provided my family during the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home! He was very professional, efficient and punctual. My wife and I had a very pleasant experience with him. He was regularly available to answer questions and he made sure we were always well informed and in the loop; it was a very seamless process. I appreciate his comfortable/congenial personality and a delightful demeanor which helped to augment the whole buying/selling experience. Further, he was a strong advocate for us during the negotiation process ultimately facilitating and securing a fair purchase/sale price for both of our homes. I would highly recommend Jeremy!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I worked with Jeremy for years before we decided we were financially ready to buy a house. During the time we were casually looking, Jeremy periodically checked in with us and would send us information on new houses in the market, but never pressured us into making offers. He patiently waited for us until we were ready. Then once we "officially" wanted to start looking, Jeremy was great - very responsive, listened to what we wanted, and kept within our desired price range. He searched for the perfect home for us and we found it. Jeremy did a great job with negotiating terms and he made sure all repairs were done in accordance with the purchase agreement. Jeremy also helped us sell our home and did an excellent job as well. He was very knowledgeable about our market and priced our condo to sell. We sold within 3 weeks of listing. You will be very happy with Jeremy whether you select him to sell your home or buy a new home.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeremy was the realtor for my mother. He was helpful in selling my mother's home so she could move closer to my sisters. He researched quite a few houses to meet our specific criteria, low maintenance yard, no stairs and easy care for my elderly mother.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeremy was professional, polite, and helpful throughout the entire process of buying a home. We were first time home buyers and subsequently had many concerns and questions. Jeremy was always ready to help. He quickly answered our questions, and was a great liaison between us and the seller.

ZillowVERIFIED This was our first time buying property and we were blown away by how professional and responsive Jeremy was. He told us when we liked a house that wasn't a great deal, told us when a layout wouldn't be easy to remodel with, and ensured that we asked the right questions when we were ready to move forward.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeremy was the realtor that represented my mom and her house in Rio Rancho. He was nothing but helpful throughout this entire experience. He went above and beyond what he was obligated to do, and also helped to navigate getting my her into a new home in a different city. Highly recommend using him, he gets things done and has many contacts in the community. My mom's house received an offer before it was ever fully listed

ZillowVERIFIED Our family was looking for a home for my mom so that she would be closer to family members because she was getting older and needed more help. Jeremy helped so much by researching homes in our area (Rio Rancho) and showing us houses that would work for her such as no stairs, easy upkeep of the landscaping and a lot other special needs we had for her. He was so patient with my mom since moving from her home of over 40 years was going to be a big adjustment for her. He did an amazing job and found her a wonderful home. In the past 2 months Jeremy has sold two of my friends homes. Each house was sold in less than 3 weeks from the time he listed the house. Both of my friends were thrilled because it allowed them to be in their new homes before the holidays this year! I recommend Jeremy to all my friends that are selling their homes or looking for a new one!

ZillowVERIFIED Jeremy helped my partner and I find and purchase our first home and it could not have gone better. He toured several homes with us and assessed them as if he was buying the home for his family. Jeremy was honest when he felt that a home was overpriced and asked a lot of questions of sellers on our behalf. He is a very knowledgable real estate professional who will advocate for and educate you throughout the process. The seller's agent, inspector, and lender all noted how diligent Jeremy was. We felt very fortunate to have him on our side!

ZillowVERIFIED Jeremy was wonderful in helping to sell my mother's home and the purchase of a home so that she was able to move closer to me. When she passed away 4 years later he got the house sold for us as well. I refer all my friends and business associates to Jeremy. He has helped so many of them buy homes, sell their homes as well as acquire and sell commercial property for their business needs. He knows the Albuquerque/Rio Rancho area very well since he grew up here. I would highly recommend him for any of your real estate needs!
