Prior to Jeremy I had worked with a couple different agents from different parts of the country, as I was looking to buy a 2nd home. By comparison Jeremy was an absolute pro. He does this full time as a his sole career, and takes it very seriously. My purchase was not a big one, and probably not particularly profitable by real estate agent standards, but I felt the attention he put into helping would have been the same regardless of the price point. He was incredibly responsive, and knowledgeable. I would absolutely work with Jeremy again in the future, and I'll for sure be calling him when I'm ready to sell.

I was a little worried at first because you hear horror stories about buying a home but Jermey made sure we were happy and comfortable in every step of the home buying process. He was always willing to answer our questions whether by phone,text, or email. And if he was unable to reach out quickly he always made sure one of his associates would. What I loved was how well he listened to our wants and desires for our very first home and made sure to find houses that matched that. He even was willing to say that maybe a specific house wouldn't be right for us ,when we looked on our own, because he knew our budget and knew the cost of repairs would be more then what we could handle and afford. He wasn't just trying to make a sale he was trying to help us build a future that started with our home. If we have to buy a house later in life we will always choose Jermey and Premier Properties and we will always reccomend them.

He met us at the hotel, and right off the bat spent 7-8 hours showing us various properties, He knew the area well, and understood exactly what would work or not for us, and focused the search on likely properties. On our second visit back to the area, we landed on the right investment. His closing agent (Justin Sherin) was equally impressive, super responsive and efficient. Jeremy also introduced us to a property management firm, that found us, and now manage a tenant for us.

ZillowVERIFIED I had rental home that I had rented for about 10 years and I was ready to sell. After searching the home value on Zillow, I requested a local contact to list with.I was contacted by Jeremy George and set an apt for Sunday afternoon. He and Nicole gave me a comprehensive outline of the process and we signed them on as our realtors. I must admit when they said the house would sell in 5-6 days, I thought, well they are obliged to say that to everyone.I decided to follow all of their suggestions, including staging at an additional cost.After a couple of days of showing and no offers, I assumed this would maybe take weeks, not days. However, as promised the offers started flowing in, and to my surprise a bid war ensued.We ended up selling for $5k over ask.Jeremy, Nicole and Eileen were the epitome of professionalism. They didn't promise not one thing they didn't deliver. I look forward to working with them again as I have more houses to sell.Ron Paulding
