Coming from Western Kansas, Jeremy has the work ethic of a farmer. Putting in long days and multitasking is what makes him thrive. Once gone from Western Kansas, Jeremy made a move to Manhattan, Kansas so that he could attend Kansas State University. While living in Manhattan, Jeremy took a job with a national construction company called Maxus Construction from Birmingham, Alabama. They were in Manhattan constructing a large, 13 building, apartment complex called University Commons, which is caddy-corner from Bill Snyder Family Stadium. Though Jeremy was always a football fan, attending each Wildcat Football game while in Manhattan turned him into a die-hard college football fan and he still is to this day. After his days in Manhattan, Jeremy made a move to Topeka, KS where he started in the home improvement business. After a year, Jeremy was promoted to Assistant Sales Manager of the regional office based there in Topeka. Two years later he moved to Wichita to run a home improvement division for a local company. During that time he met a real estate broker that convinced Jeremy he would do well in the real estate business due to his vast knowledge of homes, marketing and general people skills. So in March of 2001, Jeremy was convinced and made the move into real estate. He proudly proclaims, "I've never looked back." He was first licensed with a local company called VIP Realty Center. Later he made a move to Keller Williams for a short time before joining and spending almost 8 years with the largest real estate team in town. And now, Jeremy has teamed up with long time friend to start Kansas Real Estate Consultants and act as the Principal Broker. His favorite part of real estate is the feeling he gets when he helps someone accomplish their goal(s). Jeremy likes to say, "I put in a lot of hours but I don't work much. It's hard to consider something you enjoy so much being work." with a smirk on his face; sometimes you'll even get a wink. Many people consider Jeremy to be laid back and easy going. Not much seems to bug him because he knows there is an ultimate plan; he just has to figure it out and follow it. Jeremy is a devout Christian and doesn't try to hide it. He attends church locally at Reliance Community Church with his family; wife Amy and daughters Kiley and Kiera. Although Jeremy lives in West Wichita, you would be hard-pressed to name a street in Wichita with which he is unfamiliar. Jeremy is also ecstatic about technology and uses much of the latest techy-tools, and techy-toys, in his business. He has vision for what most don't and plans to implement many newer ideas to better serve his clients.
