ZillowVERIFIEDI had the pleasure of working with Jeremy as my realtor as a first time home buyer. and I am extremely humbled by Jeremy's expertise. My only preferences were mainly to have a great quality home in my budget. I work from home and don't have any kids so going through this alone was quite scary. His personality gave great comfort through it all. Jeremy gave really thoughtful advice on what I should look for: an existing home or new construction. He gave pros and cons to each. From the start of the search I was introduced to his assistants, whom you never their faces, but communicate with via text/email. Jeremy is the only face you see! His assistants are wonderful and helpful. They help Jeremy stay organized and available. I never had to wait more than 1 business day to view houses and sometimes on the same day and rarely two days in a row. The first house I was under contract for ended up falling through the rocks due to the inspection results. Jeremy advised me that I should walk away due to the amount of work and money I would put into the home. The work would push me above my budget and I hadn't even moved in! It was great to hear him give me this kind of advice as it felt I truly had someone have my back and not just try to run away with the money. During each house viewing, Jeremy will point out every bad thing he observes, not to be pessimistic, but to show you each potential risk and how much maintenance/cost each thing will be. For example, different sidings and cracks around the house. I wanted to learn about houses and he was a great educator. I ended up purchasing new construction and the house had just finished framing when I went under contract (pre-drywall phase). Jeremy also walked around the whole dang house after the pre-dry wall insepction and video taped EVERY THING and even told me what the heck everything was. Like what that HVAC duct is and where it goes, what the electrical wire is and where that goes, and same for the plumbing, gas. He also pointed out what some of purpose of the framing was for. I was blown away! I am forever grateful to have had the pleasure of having him as my representative and hope to have him on the seller/buyer side in the future.
