ZillowVERIFIED Jeremy was absolutely amazing to work with, especially as first-time home buyers. He was patient, knowledgeable, and always quick to answer our questions (and there were a lot!). He took the time to walk us through the entire home-buying process and made sure we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Jeremy truly had our best interests in mind and helped make what could have been an overwhelming experience feel manageable and exciting. We are so grateful for his guidance and would highly recommend him to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED Jeremy was extremely easy to work with and his knowledge alongside connections in the industry made everything extremely smooth and easy. He was able to help with every step of the way and as first time home buyers we never felt like we were overwhelmed or lost in the home buying process. We toured several houses with Jeremy and he was able to make good suggestions based on what we felt our needs were. In the end we feel like we made a confident and informed decision on the house we bought.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeremy and his team did a great job helping me sell my parents' home. I have lived 4 hours away from Bowling Green for the past few years, so they were my boots on the ground helping advise on getting the house ready for market and pricing it competitively for the neighborhood. When some needed repairs showed up on a home inspection, Jeremy was able to recommend reliable professionals to get the repairs done quickly and at a good price. The team networks well and finds the buyers who are most interested in the type of property for sale. This was my third home transaction with Jeremy over the past 15 years and he has always been patient and helpful whether buying or selling. I highly recommend Jeremy and his team.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Jeremy was easy & professional. Jeremy gave us excellent advice on maximizing our home's value which paid off significantly. Jeremy prediction about who would be interested in our home and likely to buy was spot on. He made things easy at every turn and he was able to sell our home quickly. If I was going to complain about something, I would complain that it sold too fast. Our home had solid offers less than a month of placing it on the market. He walked us through each step in the process with a great deal of patience. I would highly recommend Jeremy.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeremy was just the best. He was courteous and responsive, and his knowledge of the Bowling Green market was essential to my house selling in under a week after going on the market. He even called me multiple times while he was on vacation just to make sure I was satisfied with the performance of his team. I would definitely use him again.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeremy is second to none! We were totally impressed with his responsiveness, knowledge and mostly his sincerity in his desire to help us get to where we wanted to be. Due to an extreme time crunch we needed our home to sell in 2 months. Jeremy took on our home and sold it within the limited time frame! He not only was our realtor but he became a needed resource in all things as we readied our home for final sell. Outside of all these amazing qualities the one thing we loved the most about Jeremy was we trusted him. He is trustworthy and transparent and we loved that the most!! Hats off to Jeremy for helping us get to our desired location!!

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Jeremy was excellent. He was an excellent communicator. He gave us advise that ultimately lead to the sale of the house and quickly. We put the house on the market in November 2024 and we closed on Jan.9, 2025. We were very happy with the amount the house sold for. Looking back, it is clear that Jeremy knows how to sell a house. From the preparation of putting it on the market, the negotiating process, to the Closing and everything in between. If I had another house to sell. I would call Jeremy Dawson. And if you have a house to sell, you should call him too.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeremy was very knowledgeable about the process of selling our family home. He was willing to take the time to explain procedures and the actions needed every step of the way. He spent in-person hours and phone time with my siblings explaining and coaching information to us. He took care of details at the home that we were unable to address due to our being out of the city. He was patient, kind, and always available. Our home sale was a success and our feeling about Jeremy Dawson is trustworthy and feel gratitude for what he did for us. I recommend him and would absolutely call him in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeremy handled the sale of my home and my daughter's home and VAR. Morgan, his assistance, went above and beyond the call of duty. She met inspectors and repair people at my home while I was Ohio at my new home. It was amazing having her handle those matters for me so we could continue to move toward closing. Thank you very very much for your extra effort; truly appreciated by me and my family.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeremy and his support Team did an excellent job in working with us on our recent home sale. From helping determine a suitable sales price to best showcasing the home for marketing, to helping coordinate showings, we had a great partnership throughout the transaction. If youre thinking of selling your home, you should consider speaking with Jeremy before you list. I'm confident our quick sale in this less than attractive real estate market was bolstered by the work Jeremy and his team did on our behalf

ZillowVERIFIED We relocated from another state and were looking to downsize and move closer to family . Given these few bits of information, Jeremy put together a list of properties from which we selected those we wished to visit. After seeing a couple houses based on our comments and reactions to various features Jeremy was able to focus our search and help us quickly reach a decision on the property we purchased. Jeremy was very helpful through the the entire closing process as well as providing information on local utilities etc.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeremy recently helped us to list and sell our house fairly quickly in what I call a difficult market. He gave us solid advice on how to prepare the house for sale and what we could expect in terms of asking price, listing and contract negotiations. His team did a lot of solid no nonsense work in a short period of time with excellent results. I have absolutely no reservations in giving him the highest recommendation possible, ie 6 stars.
