ZillowVERIFIEDJeremy, did a very good job finding us a house to buy and gave us some good advice on which areas were better than others for what we needed. He was also helpful in making sure we got all the documents on the equipment, well, solar panels and other documents that were important for us to have. I would be glad to recommend Jeremy to anyone looking to purchase a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeremy was super easy to work with! I recently sold my mother's home and was doing so from another state. Jeremy had a great list of resources to refer me to which made it easy to get the necessary preparations on the house completed, and save my time and a long trip to do those things myself.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeremy is an amazing professional in the world of Vermont realty. He and his team are incredibly knowledgeable about the market, the ever changing requirements, and even little tricks of things to look for and keep in mind when looking at properties. He stuck with us through many years of searching for the perfect place, all of the ups and downs and disappointments, and coached us through every step of the way. He is very responsive and clearly loves his job of helping people find their perfect home. He never pressured us to do anything, but made sure we had all the information we needed to make the best decision we could in each scenario. He goes above and beyond, I wouldn't want anyone else helping me through my home buying and selling experiences!

ZillowVERIFIED Through this long process of selling this property that was really challenging, Jeremy was on it for the whole time. What an experience it has been trying to negotiate from another state 800 miles away. All paperwork and coordination of people was an effort not usually expected or experienced by a realtor. He was in contact with us, the sellers constantly. He handled it all with expertise and tactfulness.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeremy is professional with a great personality who knows every in and out about realty. I decided to sell after my wife passed and Jeremy was the perfect person to be sympathetic and for our family to achieve the sale and our move out or the area. He will always answer his phone or text every day of the week. I cant say enough positive things about him. Wish I could use him as our realtor in the south as well. Highly recommend!!

We were out of state most of the time and he took the time to do amazing videos with amazing commentary that helped us to make the right decisions. He is knowledgeable, professional, flexible, courteous, kind and genuinely looking out for his clients interest not his own. ZillowVERIFIED Breath of fresh Air - Trustworthy - Knowledgeable - No Pressure I have worked with many real estate professionals over the years as a residential real estate investor and I can truly say that my experience with Flex Reality and more specifically Jeremy Collins was the most positive experience I have had in my 25 years as a real estate investor. Jeremy helped me successfully sell two multifamily investment properties, my primary home and he also helped me purchase a condominium. Jeremy represents a new group of much needed, young professionals entering the Vermont real estate market that are committed to doing business in a different style than the past. As a client, I felt it was important to Jeremy that I always felt respected. Jeremy always worked hard, communicated well, showed true empathy and was always transparent. I would highly recommend Jeremy to anyone that is looking for a new fresh way of doing business with a real estate professional in Vermont.

ZillowVERIFIED I recently sold my home (March 2020) due to an unforeseen hardship, and I have nothing but good remarks to share about Jeremy Collins. Jeremy had already worked as my realtor once before (when I bought the same house I just sold) and it didnt take even a second thought to choose him for the sale because of the outstanding experience I had the first time. This sale was no different. Both times he was patient, kind, thorough, constantly communicative, helpful, selfless, and professional--even though I havent been the easiest client to work with. He got an offer quick at the price I was hoping for, answered every question I had, helped in any way he could, and took care of absolutely everything which is a service I am very thankful to have had. I chose Jeremy the first time because of a random Zillow ad which I thought was risky at the time, but I got very lucky and would hire him 10 more times if I was looking for real estate in the area again. Thank you!
