Review My experience with Jeremy was phenomenal! Prior to working with his team, my wife and I were becoming extremely stressed with trying to find a home and reach out to sellers in a timely manner. Between the constant bidding wars and just lack of homes we could see online (important to note that we currently live in Florida!) we really did feel alone and in our own corner. Regardless, once we linked up with Jeremy the entire process became extremely easy and we felt that we were really being taken care of. He drove everywhere for us (and I mean everywhere!) and once we found our home he still continues to support us while we go through the process of a military PCS. Review There are many challenges in selling a rental home in Alaska, especially being out of state. Jeremy took on a lot of extra duties, coordinating absolutely everything. I was stationed overseas when we were in the process of buying a home and Jeremy made it seamless. Review Right from the start when I asked Jeremy Burke to be my Relator he got straight to work. I told him what I was looking for and price range. He gave me his professional advice on what I could get for my price range and he was spot on. When I found a place that I wanted to see, he was right on it getting out there. I wasnt in the local area yet so he gladly did the showings on FaceTime. I was a little worried at that time not physically being present. But he did a amazing job showing the places over the phone. After I found the place I really like. Jeremys advise on what to offer was packed full of experience. He was a straight shooter and didnt give any empty promises but gave extremely good most likely would happen on the offer. During our repair negotiations which was a good amount of back and forth. He truly had my best interest in mind. Jeremy was constantly checking to make sure everything was provided proving what we asked to be repaired. He always replied to my messages in a timely manner even when I was four hours ahead in a different time zone. Jeremy would also contact the bank to see if they needed anything from me. The docsign program he used also was super convenient and helpful. Jeremy did a in-depth walkthrough after everything was done with me. He also was on top of my closing day to make sure everything went correctly and on time. He stayed on his game the whole entire time from our first conversation to handing me the keys to my place. From the very beginning, his mission was to get us top dollar for our unit and to NOT have to bring any funds to closing. After going live with the listing, we had our first showing within 12 hours and we were under contract in just 16 hours! From listing to closing, we were just under 60 days.
