Unfortunately, our experience working with Jeremy was disappointing from start to finish. When we began our home search, we provided clear details about what we were looking for in a property. Throughout the process, we were never proactively presented with potential homes. Every property we toured was one that I personally found on Zillow and sent to Jeremy so he could arrange a showing. While he was occasionally able to answer questions about properties, he appeared largely disengaged throughout the home-buying process. When it came time to submit an offer, my husband was the one who developed the negotiation strategy that ultimately helped us secure our home at the price we wanted. As first-time homebuyers, we were especially hoping for guidance during the blue tape walkthrough of our new construction home. Jeremy arrived late and remained mostly silent throughout the appointment. Rather than having an experienced professional help identify items that needed attention, it was left entirely to us to point out concerns we noticed ourselves. The most frustrating part of the experience occurred on closing day when Jeremy canceled at the last minute. We spent valuable time going back and forth trying to determine who would be available to represent him so closing documents could be completed. It added unnecessary stress to an already important day. We had also been asking for months for recommendations for services such as a land surveyor for future fencing plans. Jeremy never provided any referrals, yet the substitute realtor was able to give us a recommendation immediately on closing day. While a closing gift is certainly not required, the overall lack of follow-through stood out. After closing, Jeremy texted my husband saying he felt like he "owed us a pizza" for missing closing. Unfortunately, even that never materialized. We ultimately purchased a beautiful new four-bedroom home on over an acre of land, and we're grateful for that outcome. However, we feel that we largely navigated the process ourselves and received very little guidance, advocacy, or proactive service from our realtor. Based on our experience, we would not choose to work with Jeremy again.

Jeremy was great from beginning to end. He quickly set up appointments for us to see houses we were interested in. He answered our questions quickly and was easy to work with as he uses phone, email, or text messages to communicate so even though I was working full-time, I felt like it was easy to communicate with him. He was even kind enough to drop give us a gift as we were expecting a baby at the time. Jeremy helped us find our amazing home and I would definitely recommend his services!
