Buying a new construction townhouse from out of state was a breeze with Jeremy. I saw it online, Jeremy coordinated the rest and I flew up for a day to make it happen. The rest of process, as they were completing the build, we did by videos, FaceTime etc. I knew exactly what I wanted and Jeremy helped me achieve this. I would highly recommend Jeremy Bailey.

Jeremy certainly deserves more than 5 stars. During the whole course of looking for the perfect house, we could not have asked for a better realtor. His knowledge was second to none, and his enthusiasm for finding us the right house was awesome. His first priority is finding the right house for his clients and making sure that they are satisfied. I highly recommend Jeremy Bailey as a knowledgable, personable and professional realtor. Through the process of selling our house, we discovered it had some issues that needed to be addressed. Thanks to his extensive contacts, we were able to get the issues resolved for a fraction of what had expected to pay. He was able to find just the right buyer, and after some good negotiating on his part, our house was sold for a price that we were quite comfortable with. Although the process of selling a house can be quite stress inducing, Jeremy always helped us to relax and made us feel encouraged.
