When I was finally purchasing a new home there was an issue with a leaking dishwasher. The owner wanted to just sand down the floor, but I liked the plank look they had. He negotiated with them til I got my new plank floor. Then my house went on the market and sold quickly with a higher than asking price offer to close fairly quickly which is what I wanted. I suggest you give Applebaum KC Homes a try before selecting a realtor whether buying and/or selling.
