He went above and beyond to help us as first-time homebuyers to not only find the right place, but also work through the WHOLE process of home-buying with patience and honesty. If you need a realtor who will answer "Sure, I'll be there in half an hour with flashlights" when you ask to tour a house during a power outage, Jeremiah is your guy. He also walked us through certain construction/general house maintenance/repair items that popped up during tours which was a major bonus. We appreciated that he never tried to push us into buying a house that wasn't quite what we were looking for (in fact, a few times he steered us away from houses that he knew weren't worth our time!) and never pushed us to go beyond our budget. 10/10, would recommend. He travels ah hour, if it more, to showings no where near his neighborhood.
