It was awesome to have Peter as my real estate agent. He was aware of our needs and was patient with us during the entire process. It took over a year of looking to find a property that fulfilled all our wants and needs. We ended up with a property that was so much better than we ever expected. It checked every box. Peters experience and knowledge were apparent once our offer was accepted by the seller. He was able to guide us through each step of he process and was available whenever we had a question or concern. I can't say enough great things about Peter -- Jumping into trying to purchase my home/real estate property he made it easy and painless. From answering all my hundreds of questions to explaining details that I didn't notice he was extremely valuable every step of the way. I also appreciated that even though the area we were searching was not his normal area of practice he put in the extra effort to do his due diligence and research to find the perfect home. Even though there were 30+ houses that we saw together and multiple offers Peter was along side me every step of the way making sure this big decision for me was something I was always comfortable with and giving his valuable insight when needed. He provided knowledge and advice that one would normally not think of and I felt he wanted to best for me rather than just trying to close out on a deal and this made me appreciate him and understand why he came with such a high recommendation! There were many houses -- Old, new, big, small and also very funky houses we saw but ultimately without Pete and his expertise I doubt I would have found the right home for myself!
