ZillowVERIFIED Jereme was easy to talk to and deal with during the buying of our new home and the selling of our current home. He was quick to respond to texts, phone calls, and emails. He was flexible and always willing to show us houses on our schedule. He also held two open houses to try to sell our home quickly. He was great to work with! We highly recommend him!

ZillowVERIFIED While I was in the process of purchasing a home, Jereme(my realtor), was always available, including evenings and weekends. That made a real difference when it came down to being able to seize opportunities as they presented themselves. As a buyer's agent, he's a real go getter and all business. Go forth Jereme!

ZillowVERIFIED Loud, rude and thinks he knows more of what I want then I do are the thinks to come to mind about Jereme. Even after telling him I would give him a call when I need his help he continued to call (harass) me. I have since found a great agent and found my dream home. I will admit this is not my actual name because Jereme has all my contact info and I don't want him to contact me.

ZillowVERIFIED Jereme was enthusiastic, reassuring and very knowledgeable about the area(s) in which we were interested. There is a possibility that we may be relocating to the area. Jereme listened to our wants/needs and introduced us to properties that he knew would be a perfect fit. When making our decision to move, we will most definitely contact Jereme so that he may assist us with purchasing our home. I highly recommend contacting Jereme if a true professional that has your best interest in mind is what you are looking for!

ZillowVERIFIED Jereme sold my fathers house in a week! He was very professional and always made himself available to answer my questions and concerns promptly, providing me with the facts. He helped to find resources for miscellaneous tasks, that I didn't know how to handle. The whole process went quickly and smoothly. I highly recommend Jereme!

ZillowVERIFIED We have had two agents before Jereme, and there are significant differences with him as our agent. First, since we are buying in an area where houses are sold within a day or two, he actually gets us our options before we get excited and the agent says well no that one is pending. Which happened countless times. With Jereme I know he is going to respond and get us in there asap. What's also helpful for me is his knowledge with pricing, in the past I had to spend hours researching the area, schools, resale value, investment opportunity, projected prices, if it's overpriced for the neighborhood, etc. That is a huge weight off of my shoulders, someone working for/with me vs. Consentrating solely on selling something. You won't regret the decision to choose him as your real estate agent!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Jereme was nothing but helpful in showing properties that fitted exactly what I was looking for. He was knowledgable about each property shown such as age of windows/roofs/furnaces/appliances, neighborhood schools, and community highlights. He never tried to push a house and always respected my time and budget. His knowledge and expertise truly showed how much he enjoys his job. I will be recommending him to my family and friends.

ZillowVERIFIED Jereme went out of his way to schedule properties for us to see. We looked at several houses in a day, over several days, and he spent as much time as we needed, or as little, in each house. He was very patient and friendly, very professional, and enthusiastic. I highly recommend this young man!

ZillowVERIFIED Jereme was thorough and attentive to both our needs and wants. He listened to everything we had to say and applied it all to his efforts to find us a home that would meet or exceed our expectations. Not only did he work hard on finding us a home, he was able to put us in contact with quality people to find out what our financing options were and to both inspect and/or appraise the home we selected. I will be sending all friends and family to Jereme and I recommend you do the same.
