Jeremy was amazing in helping us find the right house. He is quick to respond and get things done. We were able to close quickly with no issues. Jeremy was on top of everything. We were looking for a house that needed some work and Jeremy had great insight in the potential of a house. He was honest in the condition of everything he showed us. He didn't rush us. He wanted to help us find the best house for us and not just make a sale. He has also helped me sell in the past and was just as great then.

We did not have a positive experince with Jeramy. My wife and I were looking to buy our first home and did not yet have enough saved up for a down payment. We wanted to tour some homes to get some experience and a feel for the market as well as see if there was anything we might be able to afford soon. Jeramy promised us over and over that he had a home or two we could go look at, and constantly made commitments to reach out to us yet never would without me reaching out to him first. I understand that we may have appeared lower priority to him as we were not quite ready to buy right away and therefore not an instant cash grab for him. However it would have been far more professional for him to have simply told us that he did not have time and reffered us to another real estate agent. If that wasn't bad enough Jeramy also told us lies about supposed increase in home robbings as an excuse for us to not be able to tour homes without being preapproved for a loan. I have talked to several agents besides Jeramy since then and can confirm that he simply made this up. To top it all off when I politely contacted Jeramy to let him know that I was unsatisfied with his behavior in consistently flaking on us he unprofessionally blamed and ridiculed me telling me that he "did not appreciate my attitude" because he works so hard everyday for all of his clients. I can't advise anyone, buyer or seller, enough to stay away from him and find a better agent. He seems to believe that his clients work for him and are useless if they don't immediately make him money. A good agent will work hard for anyone and realise that they are working for the buyer and not the other way around. There ARE better agents in sevier county and are many better agents throughout the state.

Jeramy made my first time buying a home so easy. He was always there to answer question, anytime of day. If I had to leave a message , he was quick to get back to me. What an amazing experience. He drove over an hour to meet up with my wife and I , he showed us a lot of different houses, in 2 days we were on our way to our new home. I highly recommend Jeramy for you real estate needs.
