I'm Jeramy Hyden, founder of The Hyden Group and a full-time Realtor proudly serving the Dayton area. I specialize in helping healthcare professionals, first responders, military families, and everyday heroes navigate one of life's biggest decisions--buying or selling a home. But to me, real estate is more than a transaction. It's an opportunity to serve the people who serve our communities. Before real estate, I spent 15 years in law enforcement, protecting the very neighborhoods I now help people settle into. Prior to that, I worked more than a decade in residential construction--learning the bones of a home, the value of craftsmanship, and how to see not just what a house is, but what it could be. That unique blend of service and hands-on experience shapes every interaction I have as a Realtor. Whether I'm pointing out a home's potential or calmly guiding a family through the complexities of the process, my job is to make things clear, simple, and stress-free. The Hyden Group was built for people with demanding careers and nontraditional schedules--folks who don't work 9 to 5 and who need a Realtor who understands that. I've been on call, worked holidays, and missed family dinners, too. So when I say I get it, I do. That's why I've built a concierge-style experience tailored for the lifestyle of first responders, healthcare professionals, military members, and anyone who gives so much of themselves to others. Late-night showings? Early morning offers? Last-minute questions? I'm here when you need me. My clients include ICU nurses just coming off a 12-hour shift, police officers relocating across the state, veterans using VA loans, military families navigating PCS orders, respiratory therapists juggling double shifts, and single parents balancing it all while trying to find a home base. No matter the background, my promise is the same: you'll get respect, flexibility, and real guidance--never pressure. You'll get a Realtor who shows up and treats your time like it's valuable--because it is. Outside the real estate world, I'm passionate about giving back. I run a Facebook networking and support group called Healthcare Hangouts: Dayton Edition, where local healthcare workers connect, decompress, and feel appreciated. I host Healthcare Happy Hours, deliver meals to hospital departments, and sponsor Cops and Bobbers, a community event that pairs local youth with law enforcement for a day of fishing, mentorship, and fun. I'm also an active member of the Agent Leadership Council at Keller Williams Advisors and a board member of the Columbus Chapter of AREAA (Asian Real Estate Association of America). At The Hyden Group, we believe you deserve more than a sales pitch. You deserve a partner. Someone who respects your schedule, your service, and your goals. Whether you're a first-time buyer, seasoned investor, or a frontline professional looking for a Realtor who truly gets your world--I'm here to serve. Let's build something great together. Welcome to The Hyden Group--where real estate meets real service.
Community Involvement
As a committed advocate for community involvement, I actively serve as a board member for the Columbus, Ohio Chapter of AREAA (Asian Real Estate Association of America), working to promote sustainable homeownership opportunities and diversity in real estate. I also proudly organize and sponsor Cops and Bobbers, a youth fishing event that brings kids and local law enforcement together for a day of mentorship, connection, and outdoor fun. Additionally, I'm involved with the Huber Heights Community Cares Team, where I partner with other local leaders and first responders to support families in need and create positive change throughout the community. These initiatives reflect my belief that giving back is not just a responsibility--it's a privilege.
HOBBIES/INTEREST
In my free time, I enjoy activities that involve being outdoors and staying active. Boating is one of my primary hobbies, along with grilling, yard work, and general home improvement projects. I also enjoy attending live sporting events and spending time relaxing outside, whether it's listening to music, catching a game, or just enjoying the fresh air. These hobbies allow me to recharge while staying productive and engaged.
FAMILY
Family is the foundation of everything I do, both personally and professionally. The values I was raised with--loyalty, hard work, and showing up for the people who matter--continue to guide me today. I come from a family with deep roots in healthcare and public service, which has shaped my appreciation for those who dedicate their lives to helping others. Whether it's spending time together, supporting each other through life's ups and downs, or honoring the memory of loved ones who've passed, family remains at the heart of my purpose and the driving force behind my commitment to serve others in my community.
