Adam took us out for some long days and pointed out every upside and downside he could find, while being incredibly patient with us and our baby girl. Adam and Jera also put us up in the stunning Hermosa Inn, where we were able to relax after long days of house hunting. We felt seriously taken care of. When we couldnt see homes in person, Adam and Jera provided narrated vides of the properties showing the good, the bad, and the ugly. Plus, Adam?s background in construction was tremendously helpful to understand what projects we were willing to take on, and what we weren?t. After three weeks of searching we made an offer sight unseen, had it accepted and then flew out to see the home in person. With Jera and Adam you are getting much more than real estate agents?you?re getting tour guides, remodel experts, etc. They provided good guidance about the area, pointed us toward homes and neighborhoods that fit our needs, and ultimately helped us find our perfect home. We then listed it with them. Adam came out and staged the property and had professional photos taken. By a stroke of luck, I got in touch with Adam, and from the first phone call we had, I knew we would be in good hands.
