She was knowledgeable about the surrounding area and in different systems with which I was unfamiliar such as well and septic. When I wanted to conduct the home inspection, she gave me some referrals. I ended up hiring them and was very pleased with the results. ZillowVERIFIED It is difficult to know where to begin to convey just how wonderful Jenyne has been to work with in the process of finding a home. Her knowledge of the area, her calm and encouraging demeanor and her familiarity with the various local professionals needed for inspections and the other aspects of the process are superb. Also noteworthy is her skill in identifying the needs and preferences of the buyer and tailoring her home viewing selections accordingly. Perhaps more difficult to express is the feeling that one is dealing less with a business person; she has become more like a friend. It is probably best to simply say that Jenyne is wonderful both as a person and a professional and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home on the Eastern Shore.
