I went through a slew of other real estate agents before I found Jensen Westmoreland. The first one, Lindsay Jackman of the Lindsay Jackman Group, was insufferably rude and downright mean at times and tried to automate my entire experience. She even ignored my questions after viewing homes after promising to answer them, would often claim she was too busy, or that I needed to do my own research. Most of our correspondence was through automated e-mails. I clearly did not matter.I spoke with a few others, but they still didn't make me feel like I was all that important to them even in the initial call. I mean, here I am buying my first home and making a life changing decision and I feel like I'm speaking with customer service over the phone at best. Finally I happened onto Carolyn Westmoreland. She was the first to ask me if I wanted to speak with her and Jensen in person, and that we did. After that I chose Jensen as my real estate agent and he really understood what I was looking for, suggested great homes, and did amazing work helping me understand all the ins and outs of buying a home and most of all, gave me great answers to my questions. I was amazed, it was totally the opposite experience I had with Lindsay Jackman, who is highly recommended around her.In addition to be experienced, professional, and knowledgeable he was extremely friendly and enjoyable to be around, I feel like I've made a friend.A good real estate agent is a rare find these days and Jensen is that unicorn.

Patient and helpful, Jensen showed me multiple houses over a year long period until we found the perfect one for me. He made himself available to show houses on very short notice throughout the area from Port Orchard to Gig Harbor as well as Tacoma. Jensen has a plethora of great contacts to help in the home buying process as well as during my initial days in the home (especially window coverings). A great asset in the home buying process. Jensen is a wonderful agent and a good person. He is confident and self assured with excellent listening skills. After our first interview He was ready to list and assist us with every detail of selling our home. Jensen and another agent worked together to navigate the market and put together a beautiful package that got our home sold quickly and for a great market price.
